For a base fee of $69, we provide users with a worksheet to create a letter. We then use this worksheet to generate a letter, which is sent to the user for electronic signature. Upon signing, we mail the letter via regular postal service. We also offer a complimentary review service to help refine the message of the letter.

3. User Information

We collect personal information such as name, address, email, phone number, and any additional information included in the worksheet, like work history. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create, including worksheets and letters. [Your Website Name] claims no ownership over user-generated content.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for our services is due upon submission of the worksheet. Users are entitled to a full refund if the document has not been signed and/or mailed. Once the document is mailed, no refunds will be available.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming, USA.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
