There are strict filing deadlines (called statutes of limitation) that vary by claim and by state. Missing these deadlines could result in losing your right to recover money or other remedies.
Completion of Service
Once your letter has been mailed, Small Claims Hero has completed the service for which you paid.
If we receive any written response addressed to you, we will forward it to the email address you provided.
This is a one-time service that includes a complimentary follow-up round for small-claims preparation support. No other action will be taken on your behalf after this process.
Refunds and Guarantees
All sales are final. There are no refunds once your request is submitted.
